We strive to contact all new customers within 24 hours on business days. For orders placed in the evening or on weekends, we respond on Monday morning. In case of an urgent situation, we will provide you with a direct phone number to contact us.

Yes, of course. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will be happy to offer you another available time slot that works for you. For last-minute changes, please discuss directly with the team.

We accept bank transfers, card payments, and mobile payments. Payment details will be sent to you by email immediately after your order is confirmed. All transactions are secure and encrypted. An invoice will be sent to you in PDF format.

Online consultations take place via video call (Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype). We will send you the access link 24 hours before your scheduled consultation. You don't need to download anything – just click the link in the email. We recommend finding a quiet space and using a computer or tablet with a webcam.
